He went on to make history at K. Fortuna Realty, Inc. by becoming the brokerage's first Connecticut licensee.

Entering the industry at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jacob demonstrated remarkable resilience and adaptability. As buyers from New York and Boston flocked to Connecticut in search of more space and a suburban lifestyle, he found himself representing clients in one of the most competitive real estate markets in recent history.
