Jack specializes in all types of apartments in the Financial District area of Manhattan as well as in Long Island City, Astoria and Woodside, Queens. Educating landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers about the current market conditions, including what is available, showing different neighborhoods and comparing prices of apartments and residential properties to determine what might benefit them most. As a result of working in such a fast-paced, upscale environment combined with his commitment, Jack has built a solid foundation of clients and contacts through his landlord/tenant advisory services.

A native New Yorker, born and raised in Jackson Heights, Queens, with a Hispanic background, Jack is fluent in both English and Spanish. He attended Queensborough Community College and earned a degree in Criminal Justice. He is currently pursuing a BA in Real Estate investment at Baruch College. In his spare time Jack enjoys training at a boxing gym and watching soccer.
